Blaeneinion is a private property, and visiting works a little differently here. This is the simple agreement we ask everyone to read before they come to stay.
It isn't anything scary (no pages and pages of terms!), just a shared understanding between us, written plainly.
Everyone is welcome, and everyone is equal
Blaeneinion is a private, welcoming place. Everyone here, visitors and owner alike, is equal and free to enjoy the valley in peace and safety.
We each look after ourselves
We each take full responsibility for ourselves and our own actions while we're here. The valley is wild in places (streams, woodland, ponds and uneven ground), so please take sensible care of yourself, your little ones and anyone in your party.
We tread gently on the land
We ask everyone to respect the land, the wildlife and the other folk on site: cause no harm and no loss to another, and leave the valley as lovely as you found it. Please use only non-toxic, biodegradable soaps and shampoos, to protect our spring water, our septic system and the beaver habitat.
Booking your visit
Stays are booked through our booking site, and we send the full address and directions once your dates are confirmed. When you book, we'll share the complete visiting agreement to read and sign; it says nothing more than what's here, just in a little more detail.
